McGill Faculty of Education Plays Host to Canadian EdTech Leadership Summit

In October of 2022 McGill Faculty of Education partnered with MindShare Learning to present the 13th Canadian EdTech Leadership Summit on the theme of Driving Innovation Through Evidence-Based Research.

The Summit brought together education stakeholders and industry leaders to learn and share alongside McGill experts, alumni, and top keynotes and panelists. Featured speakers included Dr. Tracey Burns, Senior Analyst, OECD; Rahmatullah Arman, Founder & President, Teach For Afghanistan; Dr. Peter Balyta, President, Worldwide Education Business, Texas Instruments; Phil Cutler, CEO, Paper Learning; Dr. Adam Dubé, Associate Professor, McGill Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology; Dr. Susanne Lajoie, Canada Research Chair in Advanced Technologies for Learning in Authentic Settings, among others. This was a sold-out event with corporate and scholastic guests from across Canada.
